Discipline

The staff at Lomeshaye Nursery are happy to discuss various situations which can arise at Nursery where concern is shown. Distraction and redirections are used to refocus activities or redress behaviour. Smacking is not permitted. 

Illness and accidents

If your child has an accident or becomes sick at nursery, every effort will be made to contact you, or your named emergency contacts.

We ask to you to sign that if the staff believe it to be appropriate, they may carry out first aid procedures and if necessary, by appropriate means take your child to hospital.

You must notify the nursery if at any time you wish to withdraw this consent.
